Refund Policy

At StreeSiri.com, we take great care to ensure that every South Indian saree you receive is of the highest quality. But at times mistakes happen. If you happen to receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will be happy to offer a refund under the following terms.

Eligibility for Refund

  • Applicable only for damaged, defective, or wrong items.

  • Refunds are not available for sarees that have been worn, washed, customized, or altered.

  • Please note - Minor color variations and slight handloom irregularities are natural features of handcrafted sarees. They are not considered defects.

How to Request a Refund

  • Contact us via email (streesiri1@gmail.com) or call within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Share clear photos of the issue along with your order ID.

  • Once approved, the saree must be returned in its original, unused condition with all tags and packaging.

Refund Process

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the product.

  • For COD orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item is confirmed to be defective or wrong.
