At Streesiri.com, we ensure quality South Indian sarees. If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, we offer refunds under the following terms:

Eligibility for Refund

✔️ Only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
❌ No refunds for worn, washed, customized, or altered sarees.
❌ Minor color variations and handloom irregularities are not eligible.

How to Request a Refund

📩 Email info@streesiri.com or WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery.
📸 Share clear images of the issue with your order ID.
✔️ Approved requests must be returned in original condition.

Refund Process

• Refunds credited within 5-7 business days after product inspection.

• COD orders will be refunded via bank transfer.

• Return shipping costs borne by the customer unless the item is defective.
