1. Warranty Coverage

Our warranty covers manufacturing defects in the fabric, weaving, embroidery, and dyeing processes. This includes:

  • Weaving inconsistencies (such as missing threads or loose zari work)

  • Color bleeding or fading under normal washing conditions

  • Defects in embroidery or embellishments

2. Warranty Period

  • The warranty is valid for 30 days from the date of delivery.

  • Any claims made beyond this period will not be entertained.

3. Exclusions from Warranty

The following cases are not covered under warranty:

  • Normal wear and tear, accidental damage, or mishandling

  • Stains, fabric cuts, or burns after delivery

  • Damage due to improper washing (e.g., machine washing delicate silk sarees)

  • Slight color variations due to lighting or screen resolution

  • Custom-stitched or altered sarees

4. Claim Process

If you believe your saree has a manufacturing defect:

  1. Email us at support@shreesiri.com with your order number, clear images of the defect, and a brief description.

  2. Our team will review your claim and respond within 3-5 business days.

  3. If approved, you will be eligible for a replacement or store credit. Refunds will be provided only in exceptional cases at our discretion.

5. Warranty Limitations

  • The decision of Shreesiri.com regarding warranty claims is final.

  • Warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.

  • We reserve the right to discontinue or modify this policy at any time.
